Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of engineering, maintenance, and technical items, including generators, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, and MEP-related materials and services
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and scopes of work in coordination with the Maintenance Department
• Obtain quotations, prepare technical and commercial comparative statements, and evaluate vendors
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate technical compliance before procurement
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and service contracts
• Source and develop qualified technical vendors and maintain an approved vendor database
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, warranties, and after-sales support with suppliers
• Coordinate the procurement of CAPEX and maintenance-related projects
• Monitor project deliveries and ensure materials are supplied within agreed timelines
• Maintain complete procurement records, contracts, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers for technical equipment and spare parts procurement
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational procedures
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department
