• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Linux Servers, storage, virtualization, and backup systems
• Administer Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Perform advanced troubleshooting (L2/L3) for servers, systems, storage, and infrastructure-related issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents along with root cause analysis
• Manage, Monitor and maintain datacenter operations, including server hardware, racks, power, cooling, and cabling
• Handle hardware installation, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and fault resolution within the datacenter
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or HCI environments
• Monitor and manage backup solutions, ensuring successful backups and restoration testing
• Apply patches, updates, and firmware upgrades while ensuring system stability
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support and issue resolution
• Support infrastructure projects, including deployments, upgrades, and migrations
• Maintain servers, storage, and datacenter infrastructure assets with accurate tracking, documentation, and lifecycle records
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices
• Assist in IT audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and backup technologies
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with backup and restoration procedures
• Ability to perform L2/L3 troubleshooting
• Excellent system monitoring and incident resolution skills
• Datacenter operations management experience
