Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor training and competency programs for Clinical Laboratory staff
• Develop and maintain annual training calendars and orientation programs
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments in collaboration with laboratory leadership
• Ensure compliance with CAP accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate onboarding, technical training, and cross-training initiatives
• Develop and update training materials and competency checklists
• Monitor competency assessments and maintain accurate training documentation
• Generate periodic reports on training compliance and performance indicators
• Participate in CAP inspections and quality improvement projects
