Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate boilers and related equipment effectively, efficiently, and safely
• Monitor boiler parameters, equipment performance, and plant conditions to ensure uninterrupted operation
• Maintain accurate shift logbooks, record operating parameters, and hand over plant status and pending issues to the incoming shift
• Carry out repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure trouble-free operation
• Coordinate with Engineers on the operation and maintenance requirements of plant room equipment
• Follow safety standards, rules, and regulations during boiler operation, eliminate potential hazards, and implement the Plant Safety Program
• Ensure proper consumption of water, fuel, gas, and chemicals to keep energy consumption to a minimum and chemical treatment effective
