• Design new applications or modules using microservices principles, ensuring scalability, modularity, and fault tolerance
• Lead and promote AI-native software development practices
• Lead and promote hands-on experience in agentic coding and the use of AI coding agents across the software development lifecycle
• Lead and promote AI coding agents across requirements/specification analysis
• Lead and promote AI coding agents across architecture and design
