Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the team leader of the shift in planning, directing, and coordinating nursing care

• Ensure effective use and refill of used stock by patients
• Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management
• Participate actively in accreditations, such as PHC
• Be aware of and adhere to policies of HR, IHHN, ICP, and Nursing Manual SOPs regarding safe practices
• Ensure patient and family rights are protected
• Manage high alert medications (HAM/LASA) and high-risk procedures safely
• Interpret and demonstrate the IHHN's mission, ethics, and goals in daily duties
