• Assisting the shift team leader in planning and coordinating nursing care
• Monitoring and documenting patient care events
• Managing disposable entries and supply consumption
• Refilling used stock by patient
• Patient and family education
• Participating in accreditations (PHC)
• Adhering to HR, IHHN, ICP, and Nursing Manual SOPs for safe practices
• Understanding patient and family rights
• Ensuring safety of high-alert medications (HAM/LASA)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the team leader of the shift in planning, directing, and coordinating nursing care
• Monitor and document patient care events
• Manage disposable entries and consumption of supplies, and their effective use
• Oversee refill of used stock by patient
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Educate patients and their families about care protocols
• Participate in accreditation processes, such as PHC
• Ensure awareness of HR, IHHN, ICP, and Nursing Manual SOPs related to safe practices
• Uphold patient and family rights
• Maintain safety standards for high-alert medications (HAM/LASA)
• Execute high-risk procedures with proficiency
• Interpret and embody the IHHN's mission, ethics, and goals in all duties performed
