• Chief Manager - Insurance (Job Code 8585-01): Requires CA/ACMA with 6+ years post-membership experience or ACCA/MBA (Finance) with 9+ years experience, including 4+ years in Functional/Team Lead roles.
• Deputy Manager - Insurance (Job Code 8586-01): Requires ACCA/MBA (Finance) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Deputy Manager - Gas Purchases (Job Code 8587-01): Requires ACCA/MBA (Finance) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager - Gas Purchases (Job Code 8588-01): Requires ACCA/MBA (Finance) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arranging adequate insurance coverage for assets and employees
• Ensuring fair and prompt settlement of insurance claims
• Managing senior management in adequate insurance cover for company and employees
• Providing assistance related to insurance of Fixed Assets and Employees
• Supporting the gas purchase section in management and processing of monthly gas purchase invoices
• Ensuring all financial obligations are met on a timely basis
• Compiling data and rechecking financial accuracy for gas purchase schedules and management reports
• Assisting in coordination with E&P companies and other departments for invoice-related matters
• Preparing gas purchase calculations (local and foreign)
• Uploading foreign M-Forms on FX Portal for invoices
• Verifying invoices received from E&P companies
• Liaising and coordinating with Exploration and Production (E&P) companies
• Handling withholding tax certificates
• Resolving inter-departmental queries related to accounts (Cash and bank, IT)
• Resolving invoice punching and payment errors of ERP
• Maintaining Creditors position of Field/Suppliers
