• - Manage local purchasing and inventory for hospitality needs
• - Oversee accounting, budgeting, and taxation processes
• - Manage recruitment, payroll, and labor laws within HR functions
• - Supervise the kitchen, ensuring quality in hot dishes and banquets
• - Oversee stewarding operations and hygiene standards

• - Prepare artisanal bread, pastries, and desserts
