Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations
• Ability to maintain and manage store inventory
• Proficiency in issuing pharmaceutical supplies according to FEFO method
• Capability to ensure all protocols for receiving and issuing goods are followed
• Skill in updating systems and providing relevant reports to management
• Experience in monitoring and documenting storage temperatures
• Accurate dispensing and delivery of goods to departments
• Competence in maintaining records of stock movement, including fast/slow moving and expiry items
• Ability to maintain documentation for all goods received and issued
• Assistance in stock auditing under pharmacist supervision
• Coordination with housekeeping and maintenance for standard adherence

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute medications
• Requisition pharmaceutical supplies and monitor inventory
• Maintain and manage store inventory under Pharmacist supervision
• Monitor bulk stock and ensure issuance according to FEFO methodology
• Ensure adherence to all protocols for receiving and issuing goods
• Maintain accurate documentation and update systems, providing reports to management
• Monitor storage temperatures and maintain related documentation
• Fill department requisitions accurately according to goods issue protocols
• Verify, pack, label, and deliver dispensed goods promptly
• Maintain records of all stock, identifying fast/slow moving, short expiry, expired, broken, and damaged items
• Document all received and issued goods for store records
• Assist the Pharmacist in conducting regular stock audits
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure temperature, light, and cleanliness standards in the Warehouse
• Perform all related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
