• Lead technology transfer projects for sterile/injectable and solid dosage forms
• Define transfer strategies, timelines, and risk assessments
• Provide technical leadership in aseptic/injectable and solid dosage form manufacturing processes
• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Validation, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and R&D

• Lead, develop, and organize the Technology Transfer team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive technology transfer projects for pharmaceutical products, ensuring successful industrialization and implementation of manufacturing processes
• Define transfer strategies, timelines, risk assessments, and cross-functional plans aligned with plant capabilities and business priorities
• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes, focusing on aseptic/injectable and solid dosage forms, ensuring robust process transfer and operational reliability
• Serve as the main technical and operational point of contact for clients throughout technology transfer projects
• Coordinate effectively with various departments including Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure efficient and compliant execution
• Ensure all transfer activities, documentation, and process changes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, quality standards, and specific product technical needs
• Support problem-solving for process issues, evaluate deviations, manage change controls, CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for transferred products
• Lead, develop, and organize the Technology Transfer team, ensuring adequate capabilities, accountability, technical knowledge, and performance within the function
