• Plan, organize, and monitor technical training
• Develop and maintain training calendars and records
• Assist in identifying training needs
• Monitor staff competency and ensure timely completion of assessments

• Liaise with internal departments and external providers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new laboratory personnel
• Plan, organize, and oversee technical training, annual competency evaluations, and continuing education activities for the laboratory team
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training calendars, competency records, attendance logs, and educational documentation in adherence to CAP accreditation standards
• Assist laboratory leadership in identifying critical training needs through competency assessments, quality indicators, audit findings, incident reports, and performance reviews
• Ensure staff competency levels are maintained and that mandatory education and annual competency assessments are completed promptly
• Maintain all training documentation to guarantee audit readiness for CAP and other accreditation inspections
• Organize internal workshops, seminars, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and technical skill development programs
• Support the successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives focused on education, competency management, and optimal laboratory practices
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and external training entities to facilitate educational activities effectively
