Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in various Human Resources services across groups, supporting businesses in all Human Resources initiatives
- Work closely with business heads to understand their requirements and provide solutions in line with the Bank's policies
- Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge gaps between management and employees
- Plan and align Human Resources initiatives with Bank's objectives across the board
- Communicate and lead nationwide special projects initiated by the Human Resources Management Group
- Work closely with the business in various Human Resources processes, such as annual performance management cycle, promotions, talent acquisition, learning & development, etc
- Facilitate in workforce and headcount planning of the business groups
- Review and recommend improvements in Human Resource policies & procedures and ensure meticulous compliance
- Find ways to boost employee morale leading to employee retention
- Stay abreast of the industry trends and provide input to create a better working environment
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's overall career development framework, including career pathing models, competency matrices, etc
- Develop and curate resources, tools, and content (e.g., career development guides, workshop materials, e-learning modules) to support employee self-directed career management
- Create and manage the governance for the internal promotion process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and consistent across the organization
- Establish and communicate clear guidelines and criteria for promotions
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth execution and closure of Promotion Cycles
- Serve as a central point of expertise and guidance for employees seeking career advice, helping them to identify strengths, interests, and potential career paths within the company, where required
- Train and equip staff members with the skills and tools needed to conduct effective career conversations with their team members
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and consultant to HR Business Partners and business leaders on complex career progression and promotion cases
- Facilitate the identification of key roles and critical talent pools within the organization
- Track and analyze key metrics related to career development, such as internal mobility, promotion rates, employee retention, etc
- Oversee and optimize the use of HR technology that supports career development
- Develop clear communication plans to launch new programs, and drive employee promotion cycles
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
