Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely provide immunization to infants, children, and adults according to formal protocols and schedule
• Ensure the availability of adequate vaccine quantities through record keeping and timely request submission
• Meticulously maintain the cold chain for all vaccines
• Monitor vaccine quantities and expiry dates for all stock
• Inform the Supervisor to reorder vaccine supplies at least two weeks in advance
• Prepare microplans in coordination with the District EPI and District Coordinator
• Be responsible for the pick and drop of vaccines from designated health facilities on a daily basis
• Provide EPI services through outreach camps
• Ensure the correct use and care of all electronic equipment and medical supplies
• Administer the correct vaccines with the correct dosage to children according to EPI protocols
• Follow strict infection control measures and ensure team adherence
• Maintain vaccine stock and EPI program registers properly
• Collect program data using provided templates
• Make follow-up calls to parents/caregivers for children's appointments
• Troubleshoot and support all areas of programmatic work as required
• Undertake any other task requested by the supervisor
