The Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking visionary and highly ethical individuals to serve as Vice Chancellors for various public sector universities across the province. This is a unique opportunity to lead institutions of higher learning and contribute significantly to the region's academic landscape. Positions are available at universities in Peshawar, Malakand, Swat, Haripur, Sheringal, Dir Upper, and Khyber Medical University.

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and strategic direction to their respective universities. They will play a crucial role in fostering academic excellence, promoting research and innovation, and ensuring the effective management of university resources. The Vice Chancellors will also be instrumental in building strong relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and the wider community.

• Essential Qualifications: PhD in any discipline with a strong academic record. Additional terminal qualifications such as LLM (Law) or JD are desirable for Law disciplines, and FCPS or equivalent for Medical/Health Universities.
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of teaching or research experience in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution is required, along with professional experience in a relevant field at the national or international level.
• Research & Publications: Candidates should have a substantial record of research publications, with at least 30 research papers in recognized journals, including at least 10 as Principal author.
• Leadership & Management: Demonstrated experience in leadership and at least 5 years of administrative experience in higher education are also required.
