• Promptly reporting discrepancies

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in inspecting and verifying the quantities, packaging, quality, and expiration dates of received materials
• Support the issuance of materials to the relevant departments as needed
• Help organize and store goods according to established instructions
• Ensure all materials are handled with care during loading, unloading, placement, and transportation
• Coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge for any required assistance
• Immediately inform the Warehouse In-charge of any discrepancies or crucial information regarding the store
• Regularly check warehouse locks and keys to prevent security risks
• Perform any other assigned tasks by the immediate supervisor
