• Independently resolve tickets within the CRM system
• Actively share customer feedback to improve processes
• Assist customers with billing, annual statements, and contract changes
• Guide new customers through the sign-up process
• Retain existing customers through effective communication
• Escalate complex issues according to established procedures
• Manage workload during peak periods, such as billing cycles
