Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Divisional Head in preparation of strategies and setting targets
Review financial health of rehabilitated portfolios and discuss active cases
Carry out negotiations with obligor and liaison with Legal department
Ensure resolution of queries from other groups, SBP or obligor
Review target positions and work on financial models
Coordinate with Branch Managers, Wing Head SME Portfolio and Regional Management
Maintain annual recovery sheets and MIS
Coordinate/follow up with borrowers for timely payment
Conduct meetings with defaulters, Legal Division and External Agencies
Conduct discussions with respective Wing Head on monthly performance
Ensure recovery targets are achieved and SBP policies are adhered
Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, Regulations, and procedures
Negotiate potential settlement with defaulters in coordination with Wing Head
Participate in monthly meeting with Wing Head for smooth working of SAMG
Follow up with branches for charge off
Maintain all files/documentation and ensure comprehensive records
