Skills

• Installing and maintenance of air conditions, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment/ducting
• Performing routine maintenance, cleaning components and replacing filters
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical faults in HVAC system
• Conducting necessary repair
• Testing and calibrate system
• Checking refrigerant levels
• Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency
• Monitoring of HVAC electrical panels and equipment (FCUS, AHUS, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AC, Air Curtains, Fridges, Coolers, Dispensers and ventilation fans)
• Attending complaints of end users promptly
• Cleaning and maintenance of AHU rooms and HVAC equipment areas
• Reporting safety concerns, incidents, or equipment problems immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain air conditioning, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, clean components, and replace filters for optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
• Conduct necessary repairs on HVAC equipment
• Test and calibrate systems, checking refrigerant levels
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements
• Monitor HVAC electrical panels and equipment, including FCUS, AHUS, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AC, Air Curtains, Fridges, Coolers, Dispensers, and ventilation fans
• Respond promptly to end-user complaints
• Maintain cleanliness of AHU rooms and HVAC equipment areas
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment problems to management
