• Application Fee: A non-refundable bank deposit challan of Rs. 3,000 is required for positions BPS-17 & 18, and Rs. 4,000 for positions BPS-19 & above. The challan form can be downloaded from the university website and deposited at any branch of ABL Bank.
• Required Documents: Applicants must upload their HEC attested degrees, equivalence certificates, relevant experience certificates, a recent photograph, and the deposited bank challan during the online application process.
• Dossiers for Professor/Associate Professor: Candidates applying for Professor and Associate Professor positions must also submit 04 hard copies of their dossiers, including research publications and copies of all research papers, along with their application form to the HRM Section, Sukkur IBA University (Main Campus).
• Government/Semi-Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer along with their application.
• Late/Incomplete Applications: Applications that are late or incomplete will not be considered. Ensure all required documents, including degrees, certificates, NOCs, and referee details, are submitted correctly.
• Screening and Selection: Providing exaggerated or misleading information may lead to rejection of the application and termination of employment at any stage.
• Shortlisted Candidates: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a Demo/Written Test/Interview at the designated address. No TA/DA will be admissible for the Demo/Written Test/Interview.
