Skills

• Bachelor degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting & Finance, or equivalent with minimum 2nd division
• Proven post-qualification experience of 5 years in accounts-related fields
• Experience in establishing and maintaining project records
• Ability to prepare annual budgets and expenditure records
• Familiarity with preparing and maintaining financial records, purchase of consumable items, furniture/fixture, and its maintenance
• Proficiency in processing utility bills (telephone, gas, electricity, water etc.) for approval
• Capability to follow up with concerned offices for account-related matters
• Ability to perform any other assignment assigned by higher authorities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records for the PRIAT Project
• Prepare and maintain project accounts and budgets
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
• Process utility bills and other expenditures for approval
• Liaise with concerned offices for account-related matters
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports
