Key Job Positions Available:

• Assistant Manager (Civil): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registered or DAE Civil) with minimum 6 years of experience in BSC (Civil Engineering) or 10 years with DAE Civil, focusing on supervising civil & structural works, preferably in hospital infrastructure or high-rise building projects.
• Assistant Manager (Electrical): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (PEC registered) with minimum 8 years of experience in managing electrical works, power systems, ELV & backup systems, preferably in hospital construction or high-rise buildings.
• Assistant Manager (Mechanical): Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (PEC registered) with minimum 8 years of experience in planning, execution, and supervision of mechanical works, preferably in hospital constructions or high-rise buildings.
• Document Controller: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing document control systems and records management.
• Assistant Manager (Contracts & Planning): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registered) with minimum 8 years of experience in administering construction contracts and claims, preferably in hospital or high-rise buildings.
• Assistant Manager (Architect): BE (Architecture) / Interior Design (NCA Graduates preferred) with minimum 6 years of experience in hospital or high-rise building architectural design and execution of hospital projects.
