  • Develop infection control policies based on hospital needs, departments, and available facilities
  • Disseminate policies to concerned departments and ensure staff access
  • Ensure implementation of control measures during infection disease outbreaks
  • Review practices, communicate events, and compile reports on incidents and recommendations
  • Ensure the availability of needed supplies and report any unavailability
  • Report any interference with the implementation of infection control practices
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure constant implementation of infection control practices
