Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop infection control policies based on hospital needs, departments, and available facilities
- Disseminate policies to concerned departments and ensure staff access
- Ensure implementation of control measures during infection disease outbreaks
- Review practices, communicate events, and compile reports on incidents and recommendations
- Ensure the availability of needed supplies and report any unavailability
- Report any interference with the implementation of infection control practices
- Conduct training sessions to ensure constant implementation of infection control practices
