  • Develop strategies to ensure hospital-wide compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Facilitate clinical governance processes to improve patient safety and care outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to analyze patient care processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise periodic reviews of departmental quality systems
  • Conduct training programs for staff on quality improvement methodologies and patient safety practices
  • Responsible for orientation of new staff employed in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Department
  • Assist in preparation of policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Facilitate in maintaining Credentialing and Privileging Records
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability among all staff members
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, administrative staff, and external stakeholders
  • Engage with physicians, managers, and staff to facilitate discussions on quality improvement projects
  • Provide support to end users in maintenance and analysis of the 'Incident Reporting System'
  • Analyze identified risks to identify root causes of system failures and enhance system performance
  • Design and support the implementation of solutions to eliminate recurring failures
  • Development of Risk Register at all the facilities
  • Analyze data related to patient outcomes, safety incidents, and quality metrics
