Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and secure enterprise security infrastructure
Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and controls
Perform security assessments and monitoring
Protect Core Banking Systems, ATM Switches, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Systems, API integrations, and Digital Banking platforms
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST Cyber Security Framework
Provide functional support to CBS users across branches and head office
Manage user rights, roles, and system access according to internal SOPs and regulatory controls
Ensure strong understanding of banking operations, transaction processing, GL integration, reconciliation processes, and interfaces between CBS and other banking systems
Conduct IT audits, assess IT controls and risks, identify control weaknesses, and prepare clear audit observations and recommendations
