Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and secure enterprise security infrastructure
• Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and controls
• Perform security assessments and monitoring
• Protect Core Banking Systems, ATM Switches, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Systems, API integrations, and Digital Banking platforms
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST Cyber Security Framework
• Provide functional support to CBS users across branches and head office
• Manage user rights, roles, and system access according to internal SOPs and regulatory controls
• Ensure strong understanding of banking operations, transaction processing, GL integration, reconciliation processes, and interfaces between CBS and other banking systems
• Conduct IT audits, assess IT controls and risks, identify control weaknesses, and prepare clear audit observations and recommendations
