• Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation of clinical and administrative processes, ensuring efficient service delivery
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure management, system performance, network availability, and user support services
• Coordinate with departmental heads and stakeholders to assess IT needs and implement appropriate technological solutions
• Prepare basic IT reports, inventory, and documentation
