• Competence in picking up and returning customer belongings and inventory

• Willingness to perform on-call duty once every five weeks

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute salvage operations to halt water damage effectively
• Empty and manage client belongings to ensure clear workspace
• Conduct specialized cleaning and reassembly of contents following fire and water incidents
• Demolish damaged structural elements in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, walls, and ceilings
• Restore and rebuild demolished areas, including painting, reconstruction, and ventilation
• Handle the transportation of customer belongings and inventory to and from their location
• Work full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
• Participate in on-call duties, receiving a fixed standby allowance and a call-out fee per incident
