Key Positions Available:

  • General Manager (Ship Management): Requires a Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor) and significant sailing experience in senior engineering roles, along with shore-based management expertise.
  • Manager (Marine, Safety, Security, Quality & Environment) MSSQE: Needs COC Class 1 (Master / Chief Engineer) and relevant sailing experience, with a preference for candidates with ship management or survey experience.
  • Manager (Workshop): Seeks candidates with Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor) and at least one year of sailing experience as Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer, or a BE in Mechanical/Mechatronics with shore experience.
  • Superintendent Fleet (Bulk Carrier/Tanker): Requires Certificate of Competency Class 1 Deck and minimum one year of sailing experience as Chief Officer/Master, or experience as Marine Superintendent.
  • Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel Department): Open to candidates with an MBA/MPA/BBA (HRM) and relevant HR experience, or those with a strong background in ship crew management.
  • Manager (Safety & Security): This role is for retired Armed Forces Officers (Major/Lt. Col.) with a Master's/Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in security management, preferably with large organizations. Intelligence Staff Course completion is a plus.

  • Minimum 1 Year sailing experience as Captain / Chief Engineer on Foreign Going (FG) Vessels

  • HSSE / ISM experience in a reputable shipping company
  • Ship survey experience with good knowledge of SIRE (Ship Inspection Report Program) & TMSA (Tanker Manager & Self Assessment)
  • BE in Mechanical / Mechatronics from HEC recognized university
  • 2 years relevant shore experience in a managerial role with a reputable shipping company or a Shipyard or a Dockyard or in a Marine Workshop
  • Certificate of Competency Class 1 Deck
  • Minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Officer / Master in last 7 years on Foreign Going (FG) General Cargo / Tanker vessels
  • Experience as Marine Superintendent would be preferred
  • Class I/II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer)
  • 2 years' experience as Master / Chief Engineer COC 1st Class and Chief Officer 2nd Engineer
  • 01 year experience on shore
  • MBA / MPA / BBA (HRM) from a HEC recognized institute with minimum 2 years' experience in handling HR matters of a reputable company
  • High preference will be given to a candidate having experience in Ships Crew Management
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University
  • Should be a retired Armed Forces Officer from Fighting Arms (Major / Lt
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position in security management preferably with a large commercial organization
  • Preference shall be given to candidates who have completed Intelligence Staff Course or served in intelligence security establishment for at least 3 years
  • Able to develop, administer and maintain an effective Safety Management System with traceable audit trail
  • Able to establish an effective safety and security reporting system that is auditable and scalable including development of the evacuation plan
  • Lead physical and electronic checks (Patrol and CCTV) to protect assets and prevent breaches
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders for timely liaison and action including information sharing
  • Able to handle emergencies and crisis response
  • Periodically evaluate potential security risks and take appropriate precautionary measures to eliminate mitigate threats
  • Understanding of security and labor laws for insurance compliance
  • Excellent communication and investigation skills
