- Step 2: Online Application Submission Complete the online application form for the desired post.
- Step 3: Generate Deposit Slip After submitting the online application, you will receive a token number, project code, and candidates' personal information. Use this to generate a prescribed online deposit slip.
- Step 4: Deposit Fee Take the generated deposit slip to any branch of UBL Bank and deposit the required fee. Keep the original deposit slip as proof of payment.
- Step 5: Submit Documents After successful fee submission, please do not share the deposit slip with anyone. However, if you are asked to submit copies of testimonials/documents, do so by the specified deadline to the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Step 6: Application Deadline The last date for submission of online applications is 30th June, 2026. Ensure your application is submitted well before this deadline.
- Step 7: Screening Test Information Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
- Step 8: Call Letter Policy No separate Call Letter will be issued for the screening test through postal courier.
Important Notes:
- Candidates qualifying for the ETEA test will subsequently be screened based on relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
- Interview calls will be issued to short-listed candidates only.
- Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
