- Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs.5000/- is required, payable through Bank Challan/DD.
- Application Submission: Submit the completed application form along with two latest photographs, bio-data, attested Photostat copies of Certificates, and names of two referees to the office of the undersigned during office hours.
- Online Application: Application forms can also be downloaded from the university website: www.quest.edu.pk.
- Demand Draft: For Registrar and Director (QEC) positions, a Demand Draft of Rs.5000/- in favour of Director Finance QUEST, Nawabshah, must accompany the application.
- Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel, accompanied by an NOC from their employer.
- Multiple Posts: If applying for more than one post, submit a separate application form and bank draft for each post.
- Incomplete Applications: Applications without copies of educational, professional, experience certificates, processing fee, etc., or received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Registration: Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory, where necessary.
- Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
