• Key Responsibilities: Overseeing project development, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evolving strategies and plans for the proper development of the Housing Society
• Exercising administrative and financial powers being Project Director of the Housing Society for implementing decisions of the Board of Directors
• Overseeing routine quality audits to ensure that work is progressing as per specifications and initiate corrective action
• Developing all policies and procedures specially related to JV of a Housing Project
• Achieving objectives set by the Board of Directors of PWF
• Any other task assigned by the Board of Directors of PWF regarding Housing Society
