• Strong project management skills (structuring, planning, steering committees)

• Experience in building and evolving Anaplan models
• Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Accompanying user competency development
• Understanding of financial controlling (budgeting, performance analysis, variance tracking, management reporting)
• Good comprehension of insurance sector challenges
• Fluency in English

• Pilot projects from initiation to completion
• Structure project phases and manage timelines

• Manage scenario planning and evolution
• Oversee user acceptance testing
