• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management
• Excellent understanding of financial control and performance analysis
• Experience in the insurance sector is expected

• Proficiency in Anaplan model construction and evolution
• Experience with user acceptance testing and user training
• Strong project piloting skills (structuring, committees, planning)
• Ability to animate meetings and engage stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pilot Anaplan deployment projects from start to finish
• Collect and formalize business needs from financial control teams
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Build and evolve Anaplan models, including calculation rules and analysis axes
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support user competency development and training
• Manage project planning, committees, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all relevant parties
• Contribute to budget construction, performance analysis, and management reporting
• Provide support for scenario planning and variance tracking
