Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pilot the project from end-to-end: structuring, committee management, planning, facilitating meetings, and engaging the right contacts
• Gather and formalize requirements from management control teams, then translate them into functional specifications
• Build and evolve Anaplan models, including calculation rules, analysis dimensions, and scenarios
• Conduct user acceptance testing and support user competency development
• Manage budgetary construction, performance analysis, variance tracking, and management reporting
• Ensure a good understanding of the insurance sector's specific challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with controlling teams to optimize planning and performance management processes
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
