Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pilot Anaplan implementation projects from inception to completion
• Structure project frameworks, manage committees, and develop project timelines
• Animate project meetings and engage with relevant stakeholders
• Collect and document financial control and performance management requirements
• Translate gathered requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Develop and maintain Anaplan models, including calculation rules and analysis axes
• Manage scenario planning and evolution of Anaplan models
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
• Facilitate user training and support their skill development
• Contribute to budget construction and performance analysis activities
• Prepare and present management reports
• Apply Anaplan expertise to support the insurance sector's performance steering
