Skills

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification is an advantage
• At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience
• At least 5 years as CEO, General Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership
• Proven ability to lead commercially oriented operations
• Responsibility for business performance, revenue, service quality and operational efficiency
• Fit-and-proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2023

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership
• Deliver the approved business plan, Statement of Corporate Intent (where applicable) and agreed KPIs
• Drive occupancy, revenue, profitability, market positioning and service excellence
• Oversee hotel operations, development / renovation and asset stewardship
• Ensure sound governance, internal controls, risk management, legal/regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder engagement
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team
• Ensure economical, efficient and effective use of Company resources
