• Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Qualifications: LL.B from a reputable institution, Licensed Advocate of the High Court.
• Age Limit: 62 years at the time of closing date.
• Salary: Up to 1,000,000 PKR per month (negotiable).

• Strong command over regulatory, corporate, commercial, labor, contractual, and procurement laws
• Expertise in drafting and vetting complex agreements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), MoUs, EPC contracts, and public procurement contracts
• Proficiency in litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and engagement with regulatory and judicial forums
