Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist laboratory leadership in identifying critical training needs through competency assessments, quality indicators, audit findings, incident reports, and performance reviews
- Ensure staff competency levels are maintained and that mandatory education and annual competency assessments are completed promptly
- Maintain all training documentation to guarantee audit readiness for CAP and other accreditation inspections
- Organize internal workshops, seminars, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and technical skill development programs
- Support the successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives focused on education, competency management, and optimal laboratory practices
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external training entities to facilitate educational activities effectively
