• Coordinates orientation of new staffs with Nursing Education Services and Human Resource

• Support staff development with educational activities
• Prepare planning and programs to address identified needs
• Undertake the necessary components of the performance review process
• Participate in organizational accreditation processes

• Assess and evaluate the quality of education resources
• Participate in critical incident debriefings
• Participate in the development and review of clinical guidelines
• Ensure that educational programs align with organizational goals
