  • Support staff experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or workplace-related challenges
  • Offer short-term therapeutic interventions and coping strategies
  • Design and implement employee well-being initiatives and programs
  • Conduct stress management and resilience-building workshops
  • Develop awareness campaigns on mental health topics
  • Provide immediate psychological support during critical incidents
  • Coordinate with HR and leadership for appropriate follow-up
  • Advise HR and management on psychosocial risk factors
  • Contribute to policy development related to employee wellness
  • Contribute to organization-wide training on Psychological First Aid
  • Assist in promoting a psychologically safe workplace culture
  • Promote a positive organizational culture characterized by inclusivity, mutual respect, open communication, and alignment with organizational values
  • Design, implement, and administer standardized psychological assessment tools
  • Identify cases requiring long-term psychiatric care and facilitate referrals
  • Maintain follow-up where necessary, ensuring confidentiality
  • Maintain secure and confidential counseling records
  • Provide anonymized trend reports to HR for organizational planning
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and institutional policies
  • Coordinate with Psychiatrist for employee referrals and follow-up

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and institutional policies
