Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of measures to safeguard food and non-food commodities, ensuring quality control using standard preventive measures in line with WFP established procedures
  • Provide timely support in preparing monthly/quarterly SNF supplies distribution plans and execute distribution as per caseload of BISP beneficiaries in the concerned health facility
  • Monitor the condition of storage facilities and commodities, taking appropriate actions to support efficient space utilization and well-organized commodity storage following guided SOPs
  • Perform regular inspections and prepare notes in stock registers on the quantity and quality of commodities received/dispatched and handled, referring to the Compliance Coordinator for appropriate action
  • Ensure availability of necessary space and logistics arrangements for receiving bulk supply in the health facility
  • Assist the Compliance Coordinator in compiling reports on monthly/quarterly consumption figures, generating reports on supplies management, realistic projections, and stock reports
