- Support in the distribution and tracking of Clean Delivery Kits, New born Baby Kits & ANC/PNC/PAC supplies and equipment
- Maintain close collaboration with Community Mobilizers for referrals
- Ensure timely, confidential, and respectful referrals to Women-Friendly Spaces (WFS) and other support services (GBV, legal aid, psychosocial care)
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data entry in patient registers
- Contribute to service utilization reports, client satisfaction surveys, and data quality audits
