Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage communities in the program’s catchment area
• Utilize community engagement approaches to develop strong relationships
• Identify and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders
• Have a good understanding of the telehealth program
• Establish community referrals to the telehealth facility and programs
• Perform duties such as RN, NA, pharmacy assistant, and receptionist (as needed)
• Spread information about the telehealth center in the communities
• Conduct health awareness sessions
• Identify community health needs and information
• Travel to community homes, locations, NGOs, and outreach destinations
• Collect community feedback
• Attend the training sessions and weekly meetings
• Document all data, both qualitative and quantitative
• Report progress and weekly updates
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Support other departmental public health programs
• Perform disease screening
