- Submit timely and accurate reports
- Identify families with zero-dose children
- Support the district coordinator in organizing health camps
- Organize monthly coordination meetings
- Maintain accurate record-keeping
- Collect real-time data and share monthly analysis
- Submit one success story per month
- Responsible for own travel within the Union Council
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
