• Develop and implement comprehensive anesthesia plans
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations
• Administer anesthetics
• Monitor and manage patient's vital life functions
• Manage the patient's airway
• Provide acute and chronic pain relief
• Perform pain-relieving procedures
• Counsel patients and their families on pain management
• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients
• Deliver advanced life support
• Manage the recovery of patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit
• Counsel the patients and their families and obtain informed consent
• Ensure that the teams deliver patient care according to the agreed plan
• Monitor the patients' progress and modify treatments
• Perform procedures within the limits of credentialing
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of the patients

• Effectively lead clinical teams under supervision
• Delegate tasks to other team members
