• Valid ATPL/CPL with Instructor Rating
• Valid Flight Instructor Rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 1500 total flying hours
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level-4 or above
• Approved Person Exam (AP-1) cleared
• No serious safety violations
• Professional history demonstrating safe flying practices and compliance with PCAA regulations
• Minimum of 10 years of aviation experience
• Familiarity with PCAA regulatory frameworks
• Valid PCAA CPL(A)
• 300 hours on type rating endorsement
• Valid PCAA Class -1 medical
• No accident records
• Experience in VIP Flying
• Valid PCAA AME License
• Type rated on Learjet45, M1-171E, Cessna208B
• Minimum Aircraft Maintenance Experience of 25 years
• Minimum 10 years in Managerial roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / electrical / aeronautical / avionics)
• Part-145 CAMO, aircraft maintenance program, ADs, SBs
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and maintenance tracking systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Crew Chief / Flight Engineer experience
• Handson experience in Air Ambulance operations
• Valid FOO Licence
• Valid Class-2 Medical
• FOO/DGR course Qualified
• Minimum 07 years' experience as a flight dispatcher
• Turn-off coordinator (TOC) qualified
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with aviation facilities, shipment maintenance environments
• Management experience
• Valid HTV/LTV driving license
• Experience in cable retrieval or ground support operations
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Middle/Matric qualification
• Physically fit with the ability to assist technical and ground staff
• Willingness to work in environments

• Instructing students in flight procedures
• Ensuring flight safety standards are met
• Managing flight operations and training schedules
• Performing aircraft maintenance and inspections
