  • * Monitor and manage the stock of medical supplies for the ward
  • * Accurately check and record patient blood sugar levels
  • * Collect blood samples and conduct other laboratory procedures on patients
  • * Monitor and record vital signs for all patients, especially those in pre-operative and post-operative care
  • * Perform IV cannulation on patients following established policies
  • * Report any incidents involving patients, staff, or visitors in a timely manner
  • * Oversee the work of Nurse Aids and student nurses
  • * Fulfill specific patient and non-patient related tasks as directed by senior staff
  • * Undertake any additional duties assigned by supervisors
