- Act as a training coordinator within the Operating Rooms
- Develop and implement operating room policies and procedures
- Manage operational affairs and functionality of Operating Rooms
- Manage Operating Room staff and their duty rosters and leaves
- Maintain Operation Theater equipment, and premises coordinating with Biomedical and the maintenance department
- Monitor procurement and maintenance of Operating Rooms
- Organize staff duties during city disruptions
- Maintain and audit operating room supplies
- Prepare capital budget requirements for the OR
- Monitor volume, the use of operating rooms with the OR committee chair
- Review and evaluate patient safety, suggest improvements to the system
- Conduct management review committee meetings
- Execute any other tasks given by the Chair of ORC
