Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, supervise, and train technical and administrative staff, ensuring competency assessments, ongoing training, and compliance
• Support the Laboratory Manager in costing, budgeting, procurement of equipment and supplies, vendor coordination, and implementation of new testing methodologies in accordance with CAP documentation and validation requirements
